At Lessonsquill, we want you to feel confident when subscribing to our Pro plan. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By subscribing, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Free Plan & Trial
Lessonsquill offers a free tier so you can explore the platform before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage all users to take advantage of the free plan to evaluate whether Lessonsquill is the right fit before upgrading.
2. Subscription Payments
Lessonsquill Pro is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date. This applies to first-time subscribers only.
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charges or incorrect amounts), contact us immediately and we will investigate and issue a refund where applicable.
- Service Unavailability: If Lessonsquill experiences an extended outage (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to an issue on our end, affected Pro subscribers may be eligible for a prorated credit or refund for the affected period.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Requests made after the 7-day refund window has passed.
- Renewal charges — it is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.
- Partial use of the subscription period (e.g., cancelling mid-month on a monthly plan does not entitle you to a prorated refund outside the 7-day window).
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality, as results may vary based on the inputs provided.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at hey@lessonsquill.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Include the following information in your email:
- Your registered email address
- The date of your purchase
- A brief reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
6. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing, but you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless it falls within the 7-day eligibility window.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of Lessonsquill after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
